These terms and conditions set forth the agreement under which Defi Giveaways (Defi Giveaways, "we," or "us"), provides you access to the platform's service, including but not limited to the Defi Giveaways Telegram Bot (the “Bot’), DFG+ (Access provided through our ‘partner discounts’ telegram channel), Telegram channels/groups and our website located at [defigiveaways.com] (the "Site"), and governs your use of the associated services (collectively, the "platform").​​​​​​

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the Defi Giveaways Platform through the Bot, DFG+, Telegram channels/groups, or the Site, you agree to these terms and conditions and any updates we may make from time to time. Continued use of the Platform signifies your binding acceptance of these terms, including any modifications we may implement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Telegram Bot, DFG+, the Site, or any part of the platform.

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting updated terms and conditions on the Site or notifying you through the Bot or DFG+ (Accessible through the DFG+, and our other Telegram Channels/Groups). Your continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your agreement to the revised terms. Defi Giveaways may also modify or discontinue any portion of the Platform at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

2. Privacy Policy

​

By using the Defi Giveaways Platform, including the Bot, DFG+, or the Site, you confirm that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and share your personal information. The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, with new versions available through the platform (Telegram channels/groups, Site, the Bot and DFG+ (Accessible through the ‘partner discounts’ Telegram channel)). If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy or any future revisions, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

3. The Services

​

The Defi Giveaways Platform offers a variety of services, including access to enter into major giveaways and exclusive member discounts with our partners through DFG+. The Platform is available through the Bot, DFG+ (accessible through the ‘partner discounts’ Telegram Channel), and the Site. Members can manage their memberships, participate in giveaways, and access exclusive discounts from our partners through the Bot and DFG+. Loyalty members also get access to our DFG+ Earn (referral program).

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at its discretion. This includes the availability of new services, products, or features through the Platform, as well as changes in the rules governing giveaways, discounts, or membership plans.

4. Support

​

Defi Giveaways offers support to all users in the Defi Giveaways community. Support is available through the community announcement chat and in the FAQs section of our site.

5. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

​

Defi Giveaways offers both packages and loyalty memberships through the Platform. These plans allow members to participate in giveaways and access discounts from our partners with DFG+. It also gives access to DFG+ Earn (Referral program). All memberships and one-time purchases are non-refundable, especially if purchased during promotional periods or used to enter giveaways.

However, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law in your region. If there is a major failure with a membership or service provided, you are entitled to:

​

  • Cancel your membership and receive a refund for the unused portion, or receive compensation for its reduced value. You may also request a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

​

Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, failure to follow instructions, or failure to understand how the Service works.

​

6. Account Creation

​

To access certain areas of the Defi Giveaways Platform, you will be required to make a purchase through the Defi Giveaways Bot. Your account is accessible using the /my_account command.

​

Your account displays your telegram ID, account personal information, current membership details, and the ability to change or cancel a loyalty membership. Your account section also allows you to add/update personal information, and wallet addresses, view your free entry status, and referral link.

​

Your account is accessible from the point you have an interaction with the Bot. Your Defi Giveaways account is automatically linked to your Telegram account, meaning only your Telegram ID will be stored under your Defi Giveaways account.

​

Once the purchase of any Defi Giveaways package or loyalty membership is made, you will be prompted to provide some personal information. Your account will then be updated with account personal information, current membership details, and more. The same applies when you have completed the tasks necessary to claim your 1 free entry. Just like after making a purchase, you will be prompted to provide some personal information to update your Defi Giveaways account.

 

You agree that the information you provide for a purchase or the claim of your 1 free entry will be accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information. You agree to notify Defi Giveaways immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. Defi Giveaways is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your Account.

Employees, directors, managers, and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings, and children) or anyone residing in the same household as a Defi Giveaways employee are not eligible to win giveaways.

​

7. Termination of Account/Package/Loyalty Membership

​

You understand that you do not have ownership rights in your Account, Defi Giveaways may stop offering the Service at any time. Defi Giveaways reserves the right to terminate your Account/package/loyalty membership, delete all registration information, and remove any associated content (collectively, "User Content") at any time, without notice, for any reason. Defi Giveaways is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from the removal of User Content.

To cancel your account/package/loyalty membership, follow the cancellation process via the Bot, with the commands in the menu.

8. Packages

​

Defi Giveaways offers flexible membership options, including packages and loyalty memberships.

​

Members can manage their membership and access relevant features through the Platform. The ability to view package details will be accessible via the bot with the commands in the menu.

​

Purchases of any of our packages are made through the bot and are one-time payments. One-off packages offer entries into the corresponding giveaway, as well as access to DFG+ (Accessible through the ‘partner discounts’ Telegram Channel) for the package’s specified length of time.

There are no refunds for packages, as they are already processed payments. However, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the package's access time. You can buy as many one-time packages as you like.

​

9. Loyalty memberships

​

Defi Giveaways offers flexible membership options, including packages and loyalty memberships.

​

Members can manage their plans and access relevant features through the Platform. The ability to view current membership details as well as the ability to change or cancel a loyalty membership, will be accessible via the bot with the commands in the menu.

​

Loyalty memberships offer weekly entries into our giveaways, which accumulate every week, as well as access to our partner discounts and DFG+ Earn (referral program).

​

Before the next weekly payment of a user's loyalty membership, the Bot will message the user through Telegram to notify them of the upcoming payment and will let the user know if there are insufficient funds in their wallet. If a payment fails, our system will make 4 attempts to process the payment within 48 hours. The bot will also notify the user that the payment has failed and what it means for their membership, it will do this multiple times. If payment isn’t made within 48 hours, the user's membership will be canceled and all accumulated benefits, including giveaway entries, will be forfeited. Canceled memberships can be reinstated within 30 days to retain accumulated history.

If you cancel your loyalty membership, there are no refunds for already-processed payments. However, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

10. Free Entry

​

As well as our vast amount of membership options, Defi Giveaways offers users of the Platform the ability to claim 1 free entry into a giveaway. The entry goes towards the nearest upcoming giveaway from the time of claiming the entry.

​

For a user to be able to claim their 1 free entry into the next giveaway, they must share a unique link that is given to them by the bot, to 5 people that interact with our bot. Once the user has gotten 5 people to interact with the bot via the link, they will be able to claim their free entry via the bot.

​

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to change the tasks required to receive a free entry at any time. This will be updated in our terms and conditions, accessible via the bot and the site.

11. Use of the Platform

​

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful activities, including:

​

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your region.

  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Engaging in any unauthorized access, use, or tampering with other users' accounts or with the Platform’s software or services.

  • Distributing harmful or offensive content or engaging in phishing, hacking, or other malicious activities.

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you engage in any prohibited activities.

12. Third-Party Products, Services, and Discounts

​

Defi Giveaways may provide access to third-party products, services, and discounts through the Platform. These offerings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers and are provided solely for the benefit of our paid members. Defi Giveaways does not warrant or guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any third-party products, services, or discounts.

13. Intellectual Property

​

All intellectual property related to the Defi Giveaways Platform, including trademarks, logos, artwork, text, and software, is the property of Defi Giveaways or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not use or reproduce any intellectual property from the Platform without our prior written consent.

14. Representations and Warranties of Members

​

You represent and warrant that you will not contact any referral, employee, sponsor, or partner of Defi Giveaways with the intent to manipulate the results of any giveaway or contest. Any violation of this section will result in immediate disqualification and termination of your membership.

15. Giveaway Disclaimers

​

By becoming a member or customer of Defi Giveaways, you agree to participate in the contest and accept the following conditions:

15.1. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or in connection with the contest or promotional gifts will be resolved on an individual basis without resorting to any form of class action. Any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the contest, and under no circumstances will Defi Giveaways be responsible for any legal fees.

You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased, beyond the actual expenses incurred in entering the contest. In no event shall Defi Giveaways, its licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies, nor its advertising or promotional agencies, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents, be liable for any damages or losses of any kind. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the platform, electronic or computer malfunctions, or your participation in the contest, even if Defi Giveaways was advised of the possibility of such damages.

If the contest is compromised by unauthorized human intervention, tampering, or other causes beyond Defi Giveaways' reasonable control, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the contest, Defi Giveaways reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate the contest and/or accounts or memberships of users.

15.2. When purchasing a package or membership, users get free entries into the giveaway.

 

Participation in these giveaways is entirely voluntary, and no purchase is necessary to enter where required by law. Our Platform is available to users worldwide. 


DeFi Giveaways adheres to local, regional, and national regulations governing promotional contests and giveaways. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all local rules & regulations in their jurisdiction.

 

DeFi Giveaways makes no guarantee that participation in its giveaways is legal in all regions, and the user acknowledges their responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

You the user, acknowledge that you are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations applicable in your country of residence or jurisdiction.

​

Entries into the draw end at 7:00 PM AEDT on 28/03/25, and the prize is drawn at 8:00 PM AEDT on 28/03/25. The maximum value of the prize is $3000 USD.

 

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. See official rules for details, including how to enter without making a purchase below.

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on 3” x 5” card:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.

​

Mail the card in a standard #10 envelope with first-class postage to: Defi Giveaways, PO Box 105, North Sydney NSW 2060, and AUSTRALIA

Mail-in entries must include a handwritten return address on the envelope. Each envelope equals one (1) entry unless otherwise specified for an Entry Multiplier period. During such periods, include “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” and the multiplier (e.g., “10X”) on the bottom left of the envelope. Entries must be postmarked by [entry deadline] and received by [receipt deadline]. Limit one entry per envelope.

15.3. In the event that you win a promotional draw, you give Defi Giveaways the right to record, broadcast, and make copies of the call where you are announced as the winner. You will be identified by your Telegram Username.

16. Hyperlinks and Third-Party Links

​

The Site, the Bot, and DFG+ (Accessible through the ‘partner discounts’ Telegram Channel) may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience, and Defi Giveaways assumes no responsibility for the content or availability of these external websites. Linking to third-party websites does not imply any endorsement by Defi Giveaways.

17. Amendments to Terms

​

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Platform, and continued use of the Service signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

 

Participation in these giveaways is entirely voluntary, and no purchase is necessary to enter where required by law. Our Platform is available to users worldwide; however, different countries and regions have varied regulations regarding participation in such promotions.

19. DFG+ Earn (Referral Program) Terms and Conditions

​

19.1. Introduction

This Referral Program Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by XXXX and between Defi Giveaways(“Us”), and the undersigned user (“You”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

This Agreement governs the user's participation in the Company’s Referral Program, where the user promotes Defi Giveaways paid services in exchange for a commission of sales, subject to the Referral program terms and conditions.

19.2. Eligibility

Defi Giveaways referral program allows loyalty membership holders to earn crypto for getting new users to purchase any of our loyalty memberships or packages.

Any user with a loyalty membership has access to the Referral Program (DFG+ Earn).

19.3. System/Process

For every member that you bring in that makes any purchase through the bot, via your unique referral link (provided with every loyalty membership purchase) you get a __% of every purchase they make with Defi giveaways. For loyalty membership purchases, you still earn a percentage of the amount billed to the user every week. 

This link is tied to your account and all purchases made via your link are tracked using our system.

19.4. Commission Structure

Payout rates are different depending on membership level. Users will be paid out in USDC directly to their wallet (same wallet used for billing)(view the bottom of this section for the commission chart.

19.5. Changes

Defi Giveaways reserves the right to change the amount of commission a user makes from a purchase made with their link at any time. This also applies to any other changes or updates associated with the Referral program. This will be updated in our terms and conditions, accessible via the bot and the site.
