How do I purchase a package or a membership?You can purchase all packages and memberships through Givie, our telegram bot. To do this, you will need a telegram account and a Solana wallet. Currently, we are only integrated with Phantom and Solflare wallet. If you don’t have one of these, you can get one from the App Store and Google Play Store. Depending on which membership you have, you will receive a specific amount of entries that never expire and accumulate each week. The longer you stay a member the more accumulating entries you will receive each week. For example, if you have a Level 2 membership, you will receive 4 entries in the first week, in week 2 you will have 8 entries, week 3, 12 entries and so on. How do I earn USDC?When you purchase a loyalty membership, Givie will send you a unique referral link, where you can earn up to 20% commission, paid out in USDC for life. How can I get a free entry?Anyone can get a free entry. Using Givie, press start and select the free entry option. Givie will then send you a unique referral link that you can share with your friends. Once at least 5 people have clicked your link and started the bot, you will receive your free entry. You can check your free entry status by using the account command and then selecting free entry status. The good news is you can get more free entries every time there is a new draw, repeating the same process.

How do I know if I am entered into a giveaway?When you purchase a package or membership through Givie, the bot, you will automatically be entered into the next upcoming giveaway. You will be sent a message by Givie confirming this. You can also view how many entries you have in the next upcoming giveaway, by using the /account command in Telegram.

How will the winner be announced?Every major giveaway is drawn live on our Telegram and X (Twitter), where we announce the winner. The date and time of the next upcoming giveaway is always displayed in Givie the bot, when you press start. This is also viewable on our website and on our socials. When we go live, we will call the winner via Telegram and transfer the funds directly into the winner's wallet. If we can’t reach the winner over the phone, they will be notified via Telegram and email, and the funds will be sent directly to their wallet.

How do we Access the Partner Discounts?Access to our partner discounts is available when you purchase a package or membership. When the purchase is made, Givie will send you a link to the partner discounts page. The number of days of access you have to this page depends on which package or membership you have.

How do I update my details?You can change your details in the account section, which is located in the menu. In your account, you can view your referral link, your membership level and the number of entries into the next draw. You can also update your phone number, email and billing wallet here, by simply following the prompts.

How do I cancel my membership?You can cancel your membership easily through Givie, use the account command, and then select cancel membership. You will get a message to sign off on the command in your wallet, once you do that, your membership will be canceled. Please note, if you cancel your membership and do not reactivate it or get a new membership within 30 days, you will lose all your accumulated entries.
